Jesse Eisler, MD PhD
After completing a combined MD and PhD program as part of the Medical Scientist Training Program sponsored by the National Institute of Health, Dr. Eisler completed an orthopaedic surgery residency in New York City at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. Following this residency, he completed a Combined Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical Spine Surgery Fellowship at Vancouver General Hospital, part of the University of British Columbia. As an MD/PhD student, Dr. Eisler developed an interest in the mechanisms of aging and how they relate to manifest in processes determined by cell biology. After completing his training, Dr. Eisler has been continuing his interest in aging with an emphasis on the Aging Spine and ways to best manage the challenges of the aging spine, including osteoporosis. Dr. Eisler’s background in basic biology and Spine surgery has given him a well developed perspective on Spinal Care. His goal is to evaluate the spinal condition of his patients and to provide the most appropriate conservative care as well as the most effective surgical care depending on the unique presentation of the patient.
Andrew Gregory, DC, NP-C
Dr. Andrew Gregory is a graduate of Samford University and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He is also a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College and is certified in disability and impairment evaluation, neurology, and electrodiagnostic testing. He has over 20 years of experience in non-surgical management of neck and back pain.
Makaila Sinclair, BSN, RN
Makaila has over 10 years of general orthopedic and spine experience. She is a graduate of Massachusettes General Hospital IHP where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and recently left Hartford Hospital’s cardiac surgery team to become our Clinical Nurse Manager. Makaila has a special interest in patient education following surgery. Dr. Eisler, Andrew Gregory and Makaila work in accordance with one another to make your experience at CBC a safe and positive one.
